Cos it's juicy sweet & nice to eat.
Dominant Sow?
Tuh, Pork Chop more like.
And, ya, the battles can take a long time when the enemy patrols match me at 30 peeps.
The AI can't handle anything over 30, it's seal clubbing time basically
They just get in each others way all the time so although you're facing 60+ level 11's 80% of them are blocked by the other 20%
It's actually far easier to fight massive battles than 4 man battles
you don't need to feed after a hour or two of play btw Danny
Once you have the good recipes you just do one meal and that lasts the whole game
7 pack ponies with fatigue boost and apple pancake means your fatigue bar never moves
Valor is never a problem as your captain will give you 6 at the start of every battle and after that pike and archers fill the valor points to max most turns
This game has a steep learning curve for about 10 hours, after that you realise how to counter everything and that's when the truly awful AI begins to show it colours
I can understand how people struggle for the first game though but just like xcom after a few false starts you just steamroller everything on any mode
The AI is so bad they had to add stuff like poison swamps etc just to try and even it out a bit
But as a "seal clubbing" simulator it's still quite fun
EDIT - all that after focusing on getting guys with higher willpower - saying that don't fall into the trap of just upgrading willpower or movement instead of dex, cons, etc - the base of those stats still needs to be increased - i recommend you usually upgrade the option where ** is available - in some areas your base number in dex or str, or const, is critical - especially when in ludern. Finally - if you haven't completed Arthes tomb DONT try to get into the bucket - I reckon the developers set that up where you need an extremely high dexterity to get into it - so far everyone I know playing this game has had that bucket drop down the well - I think with a very high dexterity you might be able to keep that from happening???
:) you do know why the bucket is there ? you could be the only person not to get the joke
