Stats for a good recruit?
As title. Roughly how good should their stats be at least and what is considered a high tier recruit? And I heard wisdom is the most important stat is that true? :AOEKnight:

Will Power I think you mean.

From what I've read yes, and I take a lot of time to recruit Lvl 15 WP(I think I once got a 16, but can't swear to it),

As I understand it, WP gives you Galvanisation quicker. A lot of the other stats are pretty irrelevant, since most you need for class come from weapons. It's what I do now anyway.

that said - there are areas already (ghost villages so far) that work off the players base stat - for example. inside the abandoned buildings you need someone with 'high strength' to hold up a crossbeam - or a high dexterity to catch a shelf from falling - so dont be ALWAYS putting points into Critical Hit or Willpower or Movement... balance is key - but yes willpower is a good one to upgrade when you get ** to choose.

Yeah I meant willpower :eaglederp: Thanks for the replies :winter2019happyyul:
Can look at their traits also for a good fit.

Volunteer - wages cut in half
Glorious - generates VP in fights
Solitary - 10% more damage when alone
Co-operative - 10% more damage when next to ally
Shield Connoisseur - 5% more Guard with a shield

The only stats that vary on a recruit are Willpower, base wage and trait. The best recruit has 15WP, the lowest wage (which varies depending on difficulty) and a trait that is favourable to the class (e.g. Shield Connoisseur for a tank).

Edit: to add, a perfect recruit also requires you to first unlock the perk that grants you an additional stat boost on recruitment.
