Quest guide

Would someone care to be a saint and write a quest guide for the game?
Since the game does not offer a quest journal it becomes incredibly difficult to figure out the next steps in quests.

For example, I partially completed a quest for the Apothecary in Marheim. I got into a fight and now I completely forgot where to go next, leaving me with an extra mouth to feed and pay wages to pay. And he's a civilian too, meaning he doesn't even fight.
If someone doesn't want to create a quest guide, would you at least tell me where to drop this guy off?

I thought there were not "quests" - just favors and contracts ?

That won't work he's NOT an outlaw.
You have to go to the ruins to the East and go down to the basement (you should have received a Golden Key after your battle).

I've tried Googling it, but most of the results I found were vague and had nothing to do with the quests I were looking for. Half of it directed me to this forum, again to irrelevant topics.
