Do Troop Bonus Items Stack?

If I equip four ponies with the Horseshoe item (Troop bonus: Movement speed in the world increased by 5%), will that give me a 20% movement speed bonus?

Someone, at some point, had answered that question, at least concerning the horseshoe item, with a 'yes'.
My part... I... think I see a difference? Maybe? But, to be fair, I don't really notice the difference between off road and on road with that trait chosen either...

troop bonus items you can give your mercs are no troop bonus at all - they just work for the person which equipped them so they can´t stack in any way ..
not sure about the ponies ..

I doubt it. While it seems plausible for the items like Sieve or Bar of soap, how the game will decide who is selling stolen stuff for the Embroidered Handkerchief bonus? Also Punch backpack item, iirc, works no matter who is wearing it.

You can also put horse shoes on boars and wolves... not sure how the wolves wear them... but they can.

maybe this should be testet well .. I got the impression they don´t work for troop because I checkedwith simple ones .. with others I never saw any benefit so I don´t know if they work at all..

I checked for example with an item where you get 2 influence points when you craft something -> this only worked for the person who is wearing it.
Others like salt shovel, or where you get back ingredients -> I never saw any benefit.
So I can´t check but if there is any benefit i guess again it is only person based ..

unfortunately all of them are marked with troop bonus so you can´t really figure out which helps the whole group and which only a singe person and which don´t work at all at the moment ..

Aha. You got around to what I hadn't yet. That is good to know. Time to re-arrange my backpack items around, make some hard decisions!
