Sad to know the crit damage is bugged, feeling like a fool :c
It increases Crits and futhermore it triggers galvanisation sooner.
When you see a merc with 5 WP... don't get him... ;)
11 WP and more. That's what you want ;)
Yes, that sounds good.
"Superstitious" trait reduces Willpower in the Tomb. So that would combine very nicely.
This is a Morale Bar taken at the start of a fight with some High Willpower animals on our team:

Just by capturing them and stashing them at the rear, as soon as we whack the first enemy we get Galvanized for 50% increased damage. The animals don't have to move, they can just be a stat stick like a D&D wand.
Had to install again and started a new save out of curiosity. Indeed some recruits have 6 willpower, while the other one have 14 . Never cared before but now it will be different.
By the way, since you spoke about armor and guard, do you think this guide of yours should have some notes about deciding which weapons a player should focus first? Like giving some tips for some beginners, weapons are directly related to stats and makes some huge contribution. For example in this save of mine, i rushed the first crafted dagger because i will try some ranger builds, and its not even day 3 and already hit a crit of 42 damage.
I'm trying as much as possible to provide new knowledge and data. And there're already plenty of guides everywhere.
I'm also trying to provide undeniable facts. Helping to get rid of barren arguments and opinion based on nothing (or guessing ^^)
Of course invest point in weapon early on is very profitable. I don't do it. Because merchants and loots are enough for me. There're a lot of playstyle. Trying to evaluate which weapon is "the best" is quite hard.
I put some facts. You make your own deduction like you just did with willpower. But it's useless for you you already think this game is easy! (did you try the free mode BTW?)
I only mentioned because i liked your guide better. I did, it was like you said, after i kept only a few veteran mercenaries, the game didnt change much, so i didnt finish that save and came back to hard region locked.
I'm probably gonna add a section about stat points you can allocate and how to optimize them (without savescum) (what can you expect after 10 lvls in 95% of the time and therefore what are the more effective choices)
I thought about adding some info about range of damage... maybe...
But I didn't plan to talk about skill or skill mastery book. That's a whole different topic.
This guide is mainly a database about character statistic. From an overall perspective.
Diving into every choice is too much work!!!
Actually I kinda hope someone are going to use my stuff to find out and share other things!
Your guide was already usefull to me in many ways. Of course there was stuff i already knew, but its a really good guide. You should feel proud my friend.
That's the way. *voice of mandalorian*
Thanks. I'm quite glab about the outcome you know! (And I was glad during the process too).
This had to be done at some point anyway. Robin posted few days ago some data about how constitution and weight was working together. It kinda kicked my lazy ass to do some science about it.
What I meant was building and sharing knowledge is a teamwork! (Even if we are talking about a video game here!)
> Full explanation about how Willpower is currently working.
I never cared about enemies WP while choosing them as priority targets or not. (Always their armor/guard/weapons, in other words, how much of a threat they are and their current positions). Once i get home i will try some fights prioritizing enemies with higher WP, let's see if its worth it.
