finding the treasure of Colonel Deteore. But nothing is happening, being there.

The problem of Winfrith will be solved, if you have finished the task of the phantom pack.
The problem of Deteore still exist, may be it will solved in combination with another quest.

Same here can not get rid of Winfrith even though I finished all quests in Lungren

With my second crew I solved all quests in Lungren also the missing card.
I found Deteores place without the card and the release of Winfriths was
part of the phantom pack. In the last case it seems to be important doing
step by step the right progress of the history, otherwise you have problems.
May be there are interferences between several quests disturbing solution.
Finding treasure cards should be also not be difficult. It happened to me
in all regions, knowing the point, but getting nothing. With my last team
I have two open bills. Only possible interpretation could be, something
get lost by saving between two events.
