I'm on the fence on buying it. I find the small size limits of games like Battle Brothers to be a bit limiting.
All replies are correct. If really depends on your computer/specs and also in your ability in management and of course, in your ability to coordinate your party to face your enemies. Depending on your way of playing (Either Free or Region Locked) sometimes you will see its better to keep a small party or to grow it larger, it will depend on your own feeling.
To give you a reference, the maximum companions someone TOLD US (that means, we can't verify if it was true or not) here in the discussion forum so far was 61. Which is a huge number to be honest.
No limit was found so far, unless i missed a new information.
