Sell Trinkets, Luxury, Miscellaneous Items?

Hi, new to the game, but have loads of fun.

Are there preferred locations to sell stuff like Pristine Fang, Ruby/Sapphire, or Trinkets like Hunting Trophies?

Or do I just sell them whenever I can?

Price is the same everywhere.

Except for the goods (bought in the market place in town). Their selling price increases with the distance.

Be carefull though. Everything call be sold. Even quest items... Tidy up your inventory.

Those fangs can be traded at the hunter's camp for things.
