We'll be releasing exclusively on steam for the early access and then we'll look into releasing the final game on other platforms.
Dylan
That's positive news to hear and, I will be keeping an eye out on GOG's storefront and buying on day one if released there. And I wish you well for the Steam release too.
Bon-chance with your project!
I really don't get it. (If you may explain to me).
What is the logic?
"It seens the stupid president of my country invaded another country. That's a decision I would never support, me, a civilian."
*services stop for me*
"Great, not only my own country is beng now ashamed because a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ president, now a lot of things are not in my reach anymore"
How that actually helps?
I am probably missing something because so far it seens to be something really, really dumb, to affect civlians and not the government.
Not only dumb, but pure propaganda.
Again, what i am missing ? (If someone care to explain, thanks)
Exatcly what i wrote. So i got the idea right?
Because sounds something really, really stupid.
“We know that players in Russia and Belarus, individuals who have nothing to do with the invasion of Ukraine, will be impacted by this decision, but with this action, we wish to further galvanize the global community to speak about what is going on in the heart of Europe.”
Pure b-u-l-l-s-h-i-t
"halting shipping of PHYSICAL CD Projekt related products in Russia and Belarus."
So they wont stop selling at all, you may buy your digital easily as always. They just wont bother to ship physical copies to the countries. Which should be quite a pain right now for everything what is happening.
Thats just marketing/propaganda with a sauce of stupidity.
At least, thats my impression.
It's mine too.
I'm not an expert in economy but most of the video game producers aren't in russia. https://glassyeyewear.com/blogs/article/the-biggest-video-game-companies-in-the-world
Meaning trade balance is already against russia for this sector, I guess.
Meaning they are basically "helping" russia with this decision, by reducing importations.
Anyway, peace, love and courage for everyone. The future will probably not be easier for anyone.
It does not help at all. They are attacking the citizen of Russia because their leader. Who they can not remove from power. As he is a tyrant. This is a stupid thing. It more for Vanity points over anything else. If companies truly cared for this conflict. I feel their effect/money could be used in better ways.
I am so sorry for the people of both countries who have to suffer for the actions of a lone madman.
Though this has gotten off the subject. I just hope we can get an options to have our game removed from steam and ported over to GoG when they finally release it on GoG.
Like if the game is good. I guess I could be down buying it twice but I would prefer not to.
