What puzzles did you fail at most desperately?

Whew, just made it! Yes, including the SE area.

I hoped to solve Rhem 3 without hints, as I did with Rhem 1, but at three points I literally was at my wits' end, so I had to give up and look for hints.

1. Finding all diagrams for the 4x4 puzzle (elevator). I know that since Rhem 1 you have to look EVERYWHERE, but it would be fairer if there was a slight hint when you approach the location. If you did not find it by chance, you have to walk the entire map and check each step whether there is something up or down. In this case, I think I'd never have found it without the hint.

2. Getting power to the alarm scenery. I saw the relevant information with these flash symbols, but I just did not expect that the electricity symbol itself is a key.

3. The very last puzzle (safe). I guess I would have found the number after some more time, as I already suspected something with the slow opening doors.

Apart from that, I was able to solve the puzzles - and I'm particularly proud to have mastered the SE area with this 3x4 area of white and black squares/triangles and the colors without any hint.

The Rhem series consists of really high quality puzzle games, as (almost) all the puzzles are somehow solvable by thinking, not by guessing and not by pure chance.

Did you have other moments in the game where you really needed a hint?

It has been some time so the memories are fuzzy, but I remember the SE puzzle being quite brutal. I expected it to be relatively easy since it would be a self contained puzzle with no worries about going around a huge map, but boy was I wrong

Also near the end, it took me quite some time to see the lever that opened an elevator in the corner of the screen

I am not even sure if I even understood the part with the bird and the elevator with one million buttons to the side

What a great game. I was ceratinly tempted to use hints but I prevailed. Almost drove me insane at times though.
