was this game ever on steam, ever?

You should release an updated version of chessmaster! Sure, lichess and chess.com are now a thing, but chessmaster has some of the nicest tutorials and lessons I've ever seen. It's a shame its not available on PC or Switch.

I'm at a loss, and figure someone else out there might be curious. I managed to get Chessmaster 11 installed (I think via an image) and CM10 as well. Added as a non-Steam game, can boot it okay in both desktop and game mode. Great! It's has one of the most brilliant interactive chess tutorials i've ever found! Really helped me to understand the game and fall in love with it!
