Quest help (In Vino Veritas)

I am digging the game so far (bought it yesterday) but its really frustrating to encounter basic roadblocks. I took the In Vino Veritas quest to recover alcohol from the French countryside, met Eva for the first time, made her the Promise, quest updated and says "return the wine to the Earl" essentially except HOW do I do that? There is no npc to interact with, quest was given automatically. Can not travel in Cambria anywhere except to Evas place or the training camp. So HOW do I complete the quest? Any insights are appreciated, thanks in advance.

In "camp activities" menu there's an option called "socialize" - there you can talk to various characters in camp including earl

you can talk to him and complete the quest. i've never heared people complain about bugs in this quest so it should work fine
