As a developer, you try to fix many things, but developers have no influence on what hardware component the user has. Even drivers that are released by GPUs or CPUs, for example, developers have no influence on them.

Every developed game has an engine, and every engine reacts differently to hardware components. Also, powerful graphics cards, for example, young graphics cards, can cause problems (Fatal Error) (complication problems) or even affect games by using programs to overclock his system.

Of course, a developed game can have problems, it would be too nice if everything always went smoothly.

Note: Have a little patience when loading a savegame. It always depends on the hardware how fast it can be loaded.

Follow these steps, which you can also use for problems with other Steam games.

Option 1

If your Steamworks is not up to date, it may conflict, check your download list for a Steamworks update. If it is not, you can fix the game, then you should also see the Steamworks update.
