Report a translation problem
The instructions were a little confusing for me as well. What I did was unzip the .7z file, rune JSGME to create the “Mods” folder, then place the unzipped FOTRSU folder into the mods folder.
Hint, if you open Mods, then FOTRSU and see the “Data” folder, you’re good to go.
Or at least that’s how I did it. I just uninstalled everything and will try again because of the performance issues. Not sure what their cause was whether it was improper installation, bad saving techniques or trying the 4GB patch (I’m told it’s not required on Linux).
Sure. Let me know how it goes and what the performance is like. Like my first post said… buttery smooth for a while then horrible frame rates that don’t go away (or at least I reload before they go away)

did you run the large adress aware?
I did. After reading some comments by more experienced Linux users, I don’t think you need to run that or the 4gb patch though-for Linux specifically.
