Infinite Flight Glitch (Spoilers)

Any of these known? Currently using it to grab a bunch of stuff. Will post a video later detailing how to do it and use it if people would be interested. Ofc this will be fixed pretty quickly but fun while it lasts!
The one im using right now requires access to the post boss area with trophies. Its not foolproof and certainly wont get you all items but its great for getting some stuff and skipping to the end of a few puzzles
For anyone that is here to berate me for using glitches, i love finding and using them and its part of how i enjoy games like these such as super metroids NBMB run which was great.

Its always working for me with battery magnetized and held/picked up from charge station. But not in all locations. Always work in post game area. Funny bug or maybe secret feature:

Battery flying is the main one.
I didnt bother making a video in the end like i did with the flying glitch i found in the last supraland with the massive balls of steel since i figured the glitch would be found by many as its so easy to do.
The battery flying glitch works when you can grab the battery without having other metal stuff nearby. There is a few that you can do it on that give you flying such as being careful in the bank vault to fly out and above cagetown and from there you can access a bunch of areas.
The other spots are in both endgame areas letting you easily nab a few chests and trophies with slightly less effort.
The glitch doesnt break the game or whatever but its fun anyway
Going near any metal instantly breaks the glitch so it limits the areas you can access with it.
There is a couple map breaks in the massive lava area as well where you can escape the map and even reach some box under the map

You can get to that "butterfly" area through other routes, theres a lot of invisible walls and floors up there.

Also touching the water will break the flight. But not just stops it like with other metal/magnet objects. Instead of that you movement becomes very weird - you will glide automatically near the ground in horizontal axis without possibilty to move up. Pure glitch.

Of course i can get there by more legal methods. But this take much more time and not so fun.

Cool, I was curious about this as the first game had a flight glitch that made the speedrun for the game insanely fast, didn't know if it was the same method, as it was 100% open world with bare minimal gated walls as it starts and most of the time is entirely open world freely, with only a few areas that were blocked off from access

It's very simple:
1. Pick up the battery.
2. Insert it into battery slot (charge/power station).
3. !!! Activate your Magnetic Belt !!!
4. Remove battery from slot ("Use" key).
5. Happy fly away...
Avoid to fly near all metal objects and magnets, because they will end up your flight for sure. Avoid water because it leads to even more fun glitch.
