The first pickaxe? Try looking for something to break in the area full of lava?

If you havent already worked it out, yes it can be.
The dude mentions a ledge. Took me a little, but there is indeed quite a ledge you can see. Have a wonder around on it.

thank you for answering, i just solved it. i used another flower, seems like the first flower lost fragrance somehow

Getting quite frustrated at the 2 talking radios with the missing Door Lever. I think I've tried everything I can think of, and there is the ledge of nails inside wit hthe matchbox but it leads to nothing (Well technically there is a metal bar I could magnet on, but it seems to require a double jump or something to get high enough to trigger it).
