Softlock! Please Help!

I have been playing Epic Mickey, and I may have just severely soft-locked myself. I was in Gremlin Town when I found a projector on top of the windmill I think I wasn't supposed to go through, but I did. It kind of threw me off course but then I played until I beat the clock tower and got to mean town. But when I booted up the game again, I was back in Gremlin town; I went through the normal projector this time, but everything was buggy and glitchy, and when I got back to the clock boss fight area, there was no floor, and I just fell infinitely! I've tried everything and rebooting the game, but nothing works; I think I've just lost all my progress. Someone please help!

That is very strange. Going through the projector atop the windmill is a legit way to finish the level (and since there is a piece of concept art and a gremlin up there as well, going that way is even required for 100%). Not sure what went wrong there with your save game.
