utilidor VII bug

i get all the way to where ozwald should be and his room but as i get to the door his room is not there. its just empty map. i have tryed jumping as far over as i can thinking i could trigger the cutseen but i just fall into the void.

has anyone else run into this and or know how to fix it. i have tried reloading the save, closeing the game and luanching it again plus restarting my pc.

Same here just ran into this problem

I ran back to the room where the sweepers are supposed to spawn on the chandeliers and waited for them to load in. For some reason if they don't spawn the game doesn't load the room with Oswald. That's how I fixed it at least
