The game crashes sometimes.

Hi, I got the game today and have been trying it out, but when I finished the dark castle level, the game crashed with an "unreal engine 4 crash report" 2 times, even when I reduced the game graphics to medium or minimum, I reopened it and it turns out that now I don't have the free costumes that I pre-bought, does anyone know how to fix this?

As for your costumes, please try the following:
1. Close game
2. Click the game in your library and scroll all the way down until you see "Manage my DLC" on the right side. Click that.
3. If the DLC is not checked, check it, then restart Steam.
4. If the DLC IS checked, uncheck it, restart Steam, then return to the menu, check it again, restart Steam once more.
