Game crashing in Ostown Projector screen

I just finished the Quests on Mean Street to progress but the game crashes and closes after entering in Ostown's Projector Screen and after it shows a unreal engine low level fatal error. I found out i'm not the only one that this happens, this guy posted here a video of what happens. https://www.reddit.com/r/DisneyEpicMickey/comments/1fpaf2u/ostown_projector_shutting_off_rebrushed/, so idk what to do to solve this problem.

for anyone that is playing on steam deck, simply go to the game's properties and set the game to launch on proton 8-0-5 instead. then go to launch options and type -d3d11 into it and it'll work perfectly.

If you are on Steam Deck/Linux, please try setting Proton to Proton 8.0-5 and adding -d3d11 to the game's launch options.

If you are not on Steam Deck / Linux, please try the following:

1. Go to https://www.pcgamebenchmark.com/disney-epic-mickey-rebrushed-system-requirements and either enter your PC's specs manually or run the automatic test to see if you meet the hardware requirements. If you don't meet the minimum requirements, then you need better hardware. If you meet minimum but not recommended, try lowering all available graphics settings.

2. If hardware should be ok, then close your game and right-click the title in Steam > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files.

3. If that doesn't fix it, go back to the Properties windo and add -dx11 to the launch options.

4. If that also does not fix it, please report the crash via the link in the following thread, with your dxdiag and zipped "Saved" folder attached, both of which contain important information for the developers and QA. Instructions are in the thread.

That worked excellently for the Steam Deck, thank you both Gump and Lanani! I had the same issue entering the cinema from Mean Street too.
