Lost all Movies when New Game +

Was it a bug or why do you lose all Cutscenes / Movies when starting new game +?
You cant get all of them in 1 Playthrough. So right now its impossible to 100% the Extras...

Movies are completely messed up for me too, some of them end up locking themselves back again despite having unlocked them. It says I have 11 when i should have around 20 lol

@Tabantha Same here. Thought I just grab them during my 2nd Playthrough but then they got all locked again. So currently impossible to complete those.
I also think that THQNordic wont be fixing them so you get those, that you have already seen. Guess you need another Good & Bad Path Run after the Patch...

Happened to me on the latest patch after starting New Game Plus as well. All movies became locked except for the first three.
EDIT: It turns out you also lose the extra photo filters upon starting New Game Plus as well. Not sure if you can purchase them again as I've not gotten to Mean Street yet.

You can purchase the photo filters again, yes. Cutscenes relocking themselves or not unlocking correctly is a known issue that has already been reported to the developers.
