That's completely not true though. For Purple Lamp's last couple of Spongebob Platformers, Rehydrated was £25 and The Cosmic Shake was £35.

Epic Mickey falls into the category of a niche classic platformer like Rehydrated, and yet is charging double the price. It's almost certainly going to flop at that price, with the caveat that it will probably do decently on the Switch where these types of platformers are a big thing over there.

I wouldn't be surprising if there's a Disney licensing "tax" driving the price up a bit. If you're looking for the Steam version, Fanatical does have a coupon that brings it down to $50. If you're okay with waiting, I'm sure the price will plummet within a year.
