DO you think Ubi will ever relist this game since it was delisted 5 years ago

My guess would be no, so for now you can always pirate the game and play the PC version (or maybe the wii version emulated if you want a more remastered experience) until they perhaps rerelease it on uplay which will most likely never happen either.

i got a pirated version to work with steam and like no laggy or broken so epic :0

Out of curiosity, does this version have the music and cinematics stripped out of it or not?

sadly it is stripped out. but the music in missions is still there you cant have everything sadly

can we just find some with the game copy the games and send it to a drive so we can make it work with music and cinamtics?

I already make use of that copy for modding reasons actually, personally ive just been looking for it so i can do a proper OST rip of BA1, which is an old dream of mine. Either way join that discord if you would.
