Frame stutter 1-2 seconds when move the mouse

Anyone have this issue? Game start ti stuttering when I move the mouse continuously for about 2-3 seconds and it start to lag for a few second then back to normal. If I don't move the mouse everything is fine. Tried vsync and set frame limit to 144hz.

This should not be a hardware limit with RTX3090 and 32GB ram

I don't have the issue, but you might want to try and turn on/off vsync or cap framerate.
