16:00 GMT is the release time.
Figured it might help to post the actual release time in a format easy for people to see. The time given is based on a statement from the community manager on the Discord server.

Most of us were expecting 06:30 GMT as the release time, according to Steam's countdown.

My post relates to information from their Discord stating that the actual release time would be 16:00 GMT.

Is this the delay you're talking about, or, has there been a further delay from 16:00 GMT today?

He knows... 16:00 GMT is the time given on the Discord by the devs. That's in three and a half hours.
