I can't find the scroll to set the tower colors in Yacht room. I have hints enabled, but they say something about Archery room, no more. Where is it?

You need to go back to the King's chamber side-rooms. There are two clues you need to solve this puzzle:

• Scroll: It's in the room with a dagger over the doorway, inside a chest to the right. The scroll tells you which columns you need to set.
  
• Colors: Directly on the opposite side of the rectangular hall from where you enter is a small entrance that lets you into a room with Sobek statues and a wheel. If you turn the wheel, you can open the Sobek eyes and see what the correct colors are.

Thanks - but I still can't find the scroll to open Sobecks door. I have the color combinations but not the scroll.

OK, I think you may be confusing something here. There are two puzzles in the yacht room: 1) the Sobek column eye color puzzle, and 2) the Sobek archway/door puzzle. I've already given the location of the clues to the column puzzle above, which is where colors matter.

The Sobek archway puzzle has no colors involved, it's just a question of the order you press the stones. I presume you already found which stones you have to press from the clue in the yacht chamber, so the only clue you'd need is the scroll giving the stone numbers. Location: In the Anubis tablet room after climbing up inside the column in the Archery room in the King's side chambers. There's a niche on the back side of the crossbow stand that can only be seen from the bridge that goes across the chasm to the tablets.
