Can't get game to launch?

I bought the game today but every time I try to open it, it won't work. According to Steam it DOES launch for a few seconds before crashing, but the game window never pops up.

Trying to launch from the game's file folder gives me an error message saying:
"The procedure entry point D3DDisassemble could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files [x86]\Steam\steamapps\common\Perfect Heist 2\PerfectHeist2\Binaries\Win64\PerfectHeist2-Win64-Shipping.exe."

Uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't fixed the issue, and I'm at a loss as to what else to do to try fixing the problem.

Hi, I just released an update, if it still does not work, please let me know! You can also try to update your graphics card drivers. What CPU/GPU are you using and are you on Windows or Linux?

Update was downloaded but it didn't seem to fix the issue.

I'm on Window 10 Home.
If I'm reading this correctly (hard to know for sure since I'm not great with the technical side of computers and Microsoft keeps changing their freaking layouts between OS versions X| ), the CPU is showing as "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3537U CPU @ 2.00GHz", and the GPU is listed as "Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000".

Hi, can you please try to add "-NoAnalytics" to the games launch options (without the "", right-click the game in your Steam library -> Properties -> Launch Option)

I have the same problem, I press start and 2 seconds later it stops and I tried a lot already and noanalytics doesnt work

Sorry to hear that, could you please send me your logs after the game crashes to [e-mail]

log folder: C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\PerfectHeist2\Saved\Logs

you can paste the folder into the windows explorer adress bar, or navigate to it by replacing %Username% with your windows username

Same issue here.

The suggested path to logs does not exist. It stops at "Local".
