PERISCOPE DOESNT MOVE

HI. I CLICK PAGE UP AND PAGE DOWN AND PERISCOPE DOESNT RAISE OR LOWER. sorry bout caps locked. just realized. any ideas how to raise scope? thanks.

i wont survive long if cant use scope.

Theres a manual button on the periscope screen that you can raise and retract if if that doesn't work its destroyed or you can just reinstall the game
