Where to download SH3 Commander?

anyone know why i cant install silent hunter 5 or the pacific one it says server unattainable then stops installing but it dont even install if that makes sense

The 30 page SH3 Commander User Guide found, if you click the Blue circle with the Question mark, in the lower Left corner of the SH3 Commander Main screen should answer all your questions.

I do not see it. I tried searching for it manually, but supposedly the guide comes with the download? I only get one file downloaded, a "7Z" file. I don't see it anywhere on the website.

I got and installed SH3 commander onto my pc. However, When I attempt to open it up and close the "Did you know..." tab, it gives me an error code. It says,

"Unable to write to D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Silent Hunter 3\MODS\SH3 Commander\SH3Cmdr.ini"

I have no clue what this means, but how do I fix it in order to make this mod work?

This is quite an old thread you dug up here. Don't even know if these users are still alive. :P

I'll try to help. Do you use the GWX mod by any chance? I know there is also supplemental files to install on Commander when using that mod. MAYBE that might be the case.

If you dont use GWX, disregard the post.
