Report a translation problem
Use the protractor to draw a course out on the map, Keys 1-5 will set your engines - ranging from slow to full out.
Hope that helps.
I made a small tweak of the mouse cursors to have all tools show a compas on it. This makes plotting maptools in specific directions easier.

(Obviously this isn't Workshop ready. As I don't have a Steam licensed version of SH3 in my library but a DVD only. Extracting and pasting the Data folder into the game's root folder should suffice to get it working. But it is a dirty practise.)
