Mods and how to install them

Ok so this is probably the most noobish thing on steam today but, can someone help me with downloading mods and what I may need to do so I want to make the game a Lil more realistic and some better visuals like actual ships and such.

Instal GWX gold 3.0 Then you will have JSGME installed.

From here drop your mod into.

Data MOD file from silent hunter III.

Enable the mod with JSGME ......

Go on google.
Type GWX 3.0
Then download the mod.

Dont you want me to come at your home and do the job my self ?

i was able to download the gwx 3.0 mod now im just trying to figure out how to add sh3 commander into the mix

Everytime I tired to communicate in English, I had to translate my words into English with the help of my friends. I really dont want to borther you or my friends who can speak English, so easy way for me is a link.
