'Drain balls'? Not sure which one you are referring to, but there is an achievement guide up. Just copy/paste the text beneath the pic you are aiming for into google translate (It's detected as Chinese?), and it will give a brief description.

If you meant the 'drained by... ' line of achievements, then you simply have to climax repeatedly from handies by that girl (hence the pumping super soaker in the pic ;) ).

as i found after completeing all achievements as i just have, to get all achievements you must get all girls to orgasam at least 20 times as well as get 2000 milliters on each task,
m-o-u-t-h, h-a-n-d-j-o-b, t-i-t-t-y, inside, a-n-a-l f-o-o-t-o-b, drain b-a-l-l-s at least 20 times, girls o-r-g-a-s-m-s at least 25 times, if you do this on all three girls you will get all achievements
