Cant pay my speeding ticket
i got a speeding ticket but when i try to pay it i cant. i have enough money but the game doesnt let me. my truck is permanently inpounded because of this. please fix this bug. Also i can enter the scrap yard nor i can buy parts from roger cuz i have a unpaid speeding fine that i cant pay
