A problem with thrustmaster tmx pro and thrustmaster h-shifter

I have a problem with h-shifter and wheel,I can´t shift gears and drive at the same time. I can only choose between thrustmaster wheel and h-shifter, So I can shift but i can´t drive or i can drive with wheel but i can´t shift gears with my h-shifter. My thrustmaster wheel is detected with H-shifter and I can´t select both in the settings and drive with H-shifter.
