permantly lost my potato seeds :(

i accidentally knocked them out of bounds in the basement bunker, and ive thoroughly searched all over and above ground multiple times, i also checked the farm stall where you buy the cheese curds and there isnt a potato spawned there either, ive checked the huge skip bin next to the maple syrup factory/barn thing and its not there either, i also currently have none growing i am proper stuck and dont want to have to start buying my poutine again as its a right faff .... any help is much appreciated :)

If you have a Planted potato once you collected it the seeds will automatically merge.
Now more good news you can go and snatch up the seeds in town and plant them and once harvested you'll get them back.

More good news you can try the dumpster lost items near the sugar shack for them as well.

Yeah it is easy to get them back.

Was it the same day you bought the seed you lost it? I think the market stall restocks them either daily or weekly. Maybe check back at the stall the next day or the next week. Or maybe you just missed it blending in with the little crate you purchased it from, if you didn't get out of your car to look it might have just looked like it wasn't there.

Edit: I can confirm in my game there are still seeds for purchase at the market stall. I have had a potato garden since week one in my game, so the market stall does restock after you have already purchased them.

From what I see online.
It works based on a certain cycle with a chance of 0 to 2 I think.
But with a check script check is it already there or not.
But yeah you can basically always get replacement seeds at the market mostly bi-weekly in game.

i havent got any planted currently when i lost it is the issue, ive been to the stall often and checked the bin for them by the shack, its empty. :(

it was in my underground bunker basement where i lost the seed (it fell through the wall out of bounds) ive been checking often at the stall and there isnt a potato available ive also checked around the house and around the outside incase it clipped up into that area and the bin by the shack and its not there either, i currently have none planted so i cant recover or get it to re spawn :(

It might take a full two weeks give or take for it to restock at the stall, keep checking for it.

This right here. From what I read online the stall randomly generates a seed pack the same day bi-weekly with a seed count between 0 through 2.

Or if you're not on hard mode you may be able to spawn one in with the cheat menu option "spawn object". That could possibly disable achievements for that save though. I still say if you haven't waited at least two weeks and a few days, I would keep trying the marked stall. as Davidanttilla1980 said "you can basically always get replacement seeds at the market mostly bi-weekly in game."

hi everyone thanks for helping me out, the potato eventually has re-spawned at the market for me . y only issue im having now is its back to saying 1 seed even though i had 100s of them before un used its not a huge deal as they double up anyways

I had a similar problem with potato seeds, in the composter I lost over 300 seeds in the composter, do not put potato seeds inside the composter or you will end up whole lose them. Santa Goat to be mentioned in the last updated publication. Read this:

Tip, if you want to produce compost, use always and only, you have two options that work to produce compost, firstly you can insert poutines or you can insert potato harvests, when you have baskets full of apples earthen. But never use more seed potatoes, otherwise you'll lose them all, you've been warned.

And by the way if you have completed Mon Bazou 100% and you have nothing more to do, if you want to take on a challenge, I have created eleven modified saves, more difficult with a different start from the default start .

It took me 5 whole days to create all of this with the help of: (Vortex and extensions for Mon Bazou, BepInEx, Bright Life, Vie Facile, BackPack, Inventory).

Personally, I'm not a fan of anything that involves mods or cheats, I used this utility, only to help me create backups and I uninstalled it after finishing, I prefer to play 100% legit, in all my games, it's much more rewarding and fun. the satisfaction of having progressed, accomplished, for real something. It is a well-used utility for those who want to do tutorials or who would like to do what I did to create modified backups, because there are several functions used, such as teleporting the player and vehicles, but not all of them. vehicles, vehicle teleportation does not work with the Prinz, the Race Car and with vehicles that are locked, for example, if you have not purchased the race track or you do not have access to the junkyard, if you have no access to the junkyard, as long as you do not have authorization from Jacques to go to the junkyard, you do not have access to the missile and for the scrap konig, even if you have access to the junkyard, you fail to have 50 of friendship level to have the right to open the door to the third garage, which contains the scrap konig.

And there are several bugs in the extensions for Mon Bazou of the Vortex software, I had to start from scratch several times, to create backups, because an extension crashed. And I noticed that it consumes a lot of RAM memory to use Vortex and the extensions, for me it went up to 15 GB of RAM just to use Vortex. I do not recommend the use of this software, if you want to use it, be sure to check before that your PC has an excellent cooling system, fans and water cooling, because it makes the PC heat up, I I modified my ventilation system when I bought this PC, it is very noisy but it is effective, always cold, there is a tornado in my PC, I have uninstalled 4 processor fans, which I have recover from my previous pc, it's very expensive to buy this type of fan, but it's much better, but the disadvantage is the noise, but hey we can't all have in life, have cannot have the:
butter and butter's money.

Anything that falls through the walls of the bunker SHOULD goto the lost and found bin by the maple syrup shed.
PRO TIP after I make big bags of fries I drop them behind the wall and they all goto the lost and found bin... no more walking up and down the stairs.

That seems like a lot of extra work.

Just carry them up the stairs and throw them out the wall.
