where are the coffee seeds

seeds are at the cottage you can buy...the one that currently has no use, they are there on the window in a jar, if you hover on it, it says ´´take the seeds´´

not sure if they have to, have to be planted in the bunker. mine's almost done being built, and I tried planting them outdoors. resulted in a tag saying they need a controlled room. didn't care to waste time finding out if it was 100% necessary, or they just grow super slow outdoors, so I reloaded my save before I collected them.
It's northeast Canada, not Central America, so I'd assume you do need the bunker.
I can't find anyone discussing this yet, so should prolly play it safe and assume you do.

i lost my coffee seeds :( DO they regenerate at the cottage or not ? Or where can we buy them if they cant regen at the cottage

they do regen, I did go there again and there was one more seed in the jar, not sure if they regen more then one at a time, but they do.
