my car got impounded for not paying a speeding ticket and is now behind the gas station how do i get it back?

Try ringing the phone number on the cop car, it might prompt you to pay the fine, then you can get your car back.

i was unlucky when i tried to that that it tells me my vechile has been seized by police.
