I think we need a bigger or newer house because we make thousand's a week off of maple syrup and uhhh... "grass" why are we stuck living in a trailer. It could even be a use for the construction company that right now just paves the road.
But let me know what you think below

I think an ability to use some of the, ahem, less utilized real estate would be a cool place to drop some kind of prefab home through the use of Turbo Construction (Maybe have like a selection of 3 layouts or something).

Needs to be a badass way to upgrade the cottage to some drug lord mansion looking thing haha. But in reality what do you use the house for besides sleep and make food. Important part is down below and the sugar shack. If you had a diff house you would still have to go back to the trailer.
