Uncoupling the wood splitter and trailer aren't a thing, apparently?

I'm trying to transfer my wood splitter from my ATV to my truck but I can't seem to separate them, and the same story with my trailer to take off my trailer from my car, is there a keybind I'm missing or what's the problem here?

Just click at coupler. Should be detach it.
If not, try tow truck service.

Clicking it didn't work at all, and I had no option to tow

its the same method as attaching it so if you have managed to connect the trailer do the same to disconnect it, If not just save and restart (trailers disconnect on game exit)
