I've had this happen twice, and with no information on the internet about it. I call Mom, she says she'll clean my room, then she stops answering the phone from then on. Is there a set reset time to calling Mom to improve friendship like seed spawns? Do you need crap in your room for her to clean it out? Like Jesus, mom, I just wanted to talk.

I called her once a day between 6am and 10am usually. The room she is cleaning, as far as I can tell, is your old room at her place, not your mobile trailer. It's just a conversational bit, doesn't really do anything until you max friendship.

Yep, no answer around 7AM for 4 days now.

Got it, like a typical old person she gets up at 6AM and eff's off around 7AM.

Every Npc spawns at 8am and either goes at 5pm or 3am even mother dearest

Mom will only answer once a day. Also, you have to sleep (NOT skip the night) to reset her availability trigger. If you are using a mod to have full energy all the time, her availability trigger will never reset so she wont answer.
