How do i change shifter

I bought wooden shifter knob for konig but cant figure out how to replace, it says to use the wrench on the old shifter so i tried all over the old shifter with a wrench and nothing, please help

You need the manual gearbox for that which you can find in the junkyard and you unlock the junkyard by having friendship 25 with jacques(guy in the gas station)

Alright, thanks for the help, i had seen ither people do it and i was so confused why i couldnt so i thought my game was broken or glitched, thanks for letting me know though

have manual shifter...3 times over. still cannot change shift knob in the konig, where as the prinz didnt come with one so i just was able to slap that on and have not been able to switch it out since
