You can get the prinz without ever doing anything to the konig, so it's possible.

Except you need to do work to the Konig before being able to drive it. And I'm sure by the time you work your way to 35 friendship to get the Prinz you have made some changes to that car.

if you're not playing hard mode, you don't have to do anything to the shocks on the konig. In any case, there's no need to be rude to someone just because you can't figure out how to tell them the answer to their question. Why bother commenting at all, with that attitude?
