Finding phone numbers?

I just want to be clear Im not wanting to know what the numbers are but i am wondering if there are ways to legitimately find them in game. Is there posters or do someone talk about them or something?

Not gonna lie, when I loaded the game for the 1st time, it was the very first thing I tried, lol

Le clan panneton! I did try it... Honestly has to be implemented, could even do jobs for them! It is the one number everyone in Quebec just knows and can never forget lol, well that and maybe 254 6011 for english. Would be epic to have a phone answer in game, even if only as easter egg
