Why can't I play solo?

I used to be able to play solo but now, when I press new game, nothing happens ? Just a window opens with a discussion window. Maybe I've missed something being out of the loop for a while but I can't stand online games with people that cheat and quit when the going gets tough. Is there any way to just play against computer as it used to be?

If you start a new game you can add AI players at the players list.
The button says: ADD AI PLAYERS
I usually play against de computer this way
As a read your post again...you don't get into the lobby? Is that the problem?

Yeah that's the odd part. When I click new game, all that pops up is a chat box with PUBLIC and ALLIANCE. There is no option to actually set up the game as you speak of. It's really weird. I re-installed a few times too.

Tried to email the company...but by the status of their website....thinking they are defunct.

FIX. OKAY everyone listen up start up the game with you wifi off (go into settings and turn off wifi not disconnect from the router) after you start up the game with your wifi off it should be fine to play solo. The problem is cause by you game trying to connect to your own IP address.

Can you not go into your computers settings and deactivate the wifi.

Sooo. tried this...disabled WIFI - NO luck.....WTF...why would they have screwed this up so badly.
