Difference between demo and full version?

Is there a difference between the Demo version and the Full version? It seems like the demo version let's you do alot, so is there a difference other than extra music or options?

Achievements and stats are not kept in the Demo. Otherwise, it's the same.

Did you buy all the extra stuff that comes with it? If not, then I guess you've got some work to do. If yes, then you could do a little more and buy extra copies of this and maybe some other games and Idk, do giveaways.
