Players can't join my hosted game and I cannot join theirs either

Hi all,

got a problem with hosting games. If i host one, it is on the server list and there is a lan and wlan identity, but when people try to join they ll time out( connection bar only goes half the way and is stuck there). And if I want to join a friends game, the same happens to me(not to others who try to join him).
I can still join the games that are listed on the server permanently, just not new ones made and ppl cant join my own.

Can anyone help me or know a fix?

Probably a router port issue. Port forwarding could help but ive never had success with it
