Worth Buying?

Is this game worth buying? On sale!

I'm looking for an answer to the same question. Near as I can tell this game is Madden 21 with a roster update and the implemented 17 game season. Trying to find out if there is anything more.

I think it is. I downloaded a full NCAA mod, and having a blast!

Do not buy unless you want to keep restarting game. It crashes a lot.

Purchased yesterday, played 4 hours, 0 bug or crash and my PC is old (7 years).

debating on buying as well. I haven't played a madden game since like madden 03 or something like that. I used to just play Exhibition mode against Ai to relax. Guess thats called PLAY NOW .. now.

It's there as "Exhibition" still.. Check the main menu screenshot on the page:

I bought it on sale and already regret it, the gameplay is terrible and the AI cheats. When I play d-line, as soon as I press the button to make a move on the o-line, the QB instantly reacts with a scramble or pass as if the AI knows when I pressed the button. I am sick and tired of everything being animation based as well. This game made me actually check out 2k5 resurrected mod today.

how do you guys make it work? or is it naturally like that? i'm running it on a 1650s but still keeps on crashing, u guys happen to know a fix?

I just got it for the 18$ My friends say its a mess but its fine to just play franchise. Also if you don't have 21 or plan on buying 23 like me you can just keep updating the rosters. EA doesn't seem to care much about Madden for us folks

operation sports has a growing community of mods for this game. there are now a lot of people advocating for it over the console version.

If you want to play franchise. Absolutely not. Not in a million years. If you want franchise, I cannot even recommend this at $18. But if you just want quick play or ultimate team, sure

That’s pretty much what I want. Just quick game against ai, etc.

So $5-6 more for mvp version not worth it?
