How do you manually save a Franchise?

Every google result to this question says that you should press the "View" button on the Xbox controller to bring up a menu which allows you to do a manual save in Franchise.

However, this menu doesn't exist. I press that button, or the start button, or the big middle button, and no menu pops up.

I've tried with a PS4 controller as well. How do you save in Franchise other than the auto save? This was literally in every single Madden game before this

Lmao, you can only apparently do manual saves in offline franchises.
