There is not one. Steam help told me to contact EA Help. When I did EA said that there was a server error, and they could not give an ETA

No it is still asking for a product key everytime I start the game

I spoke to EA support and they also told me that this is a known issue and that they are working on a fix. They said to pay attention to EA social media for when they announce a fix.

How are all these people playing on Steam? Where the hell did they get their Product Key from?

I pre ordered the MVP and had early access. My friend got it after it released and then couldn't get in through steam due to this.
I dont really understand what is going on or why it's not a HOTfix. People payed for the game. Honor that EA. Also Steam shame on you for not doing more to fix this as well. Telling us to talk to EA, and then EA telling us they cant verify our purchase so talk to steam is terrible CS.

Its been 3 days since they are trying to fix the problem! Clearly they aren't trying hard enough that's a load of BS! They really could careless about the customers and state of the game!

The only answer I keep getting from EA is "we are trying to fix the problem and bare with them, as well check the twitter for more updates"

$109 is a lot to pay and not be able to play! I'm very frustrated by this! Steam needs to get rid of its hot air and Origin needs to f its hole.

looks like im not the only one having this problem. What i dont get is how, for all of us who have linked steam and origin, this is even happening to begin with. What was the point of linking the 2 accounts if not for file to file verification? Ive got about 10 origin titles i play through steam all but 3 have had similar issues. Why? Who is being employed to test and fix bugs like this? If no one, then that makes sense, but if dollars are being spent paying someones salary and this is the result then that must be the easiest job in the history of paid labor!

I have been waiting 5 days and there is no solution whatsoever. Just a text chat box telling me to wait for them to fix the problem

When i contacted EA Help they told me i had to contact steam support, they are just passing along the blame.
