Demo is crashing? fix or uninstall?

Is there any working fix by now, or should you simply uninstall if you have the crash on start?

had reinstall the demo again. went through the steps.

It appears to have exactly the same crash as before, so no change.

You can find the crash dump files in the Exe directory of the game (something like STEAM_DIR\steamapps\common\ParadiZe Project\Exe\*.dmp). There are not always crash dump files available, so don’t worry if you don’t find one in the folder. If so however, please send them to us.

Logs
You can find the log files in the Logs directory (something like STEAM_DIR\steamapps\common\ParadiZe Project\Exe\Logs).

Could you please also send us your DXDiag info as described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028644/windows-open-and-run-dxdiagexe?

I have done all that you requested.
Dump and log I sent two files, The older one is before beta bugfix instalation and the newest one is after the bugfix beta. Thanks for your care.

Simple FIX that worked for me:
1- Enable Beta as described above.
2- Right-click game and choose Properties.
3- Under General Tab make sure that Launch Options are
set to Play Welcome to Paradize.
(for me it was set to Ask Me Each Time by default)

Nope, I contacted game support as mentioned above. Yesterday it was managed to get the game running, so I was able to run through the whole demo.

So the case is closed now.


What part of this issue do you accuse of trolling? We had a serious talk here so I dont get your comment, sorry.
